Your next career opportunity Providing Executive Assistance to the Director of Strategy, Operations & Engagement, you’ll be central to the smooth running of a busy executive office; coordinating schedules, managing communications, and building strong relationships across the University. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinate the Director’s schedule and commitments - manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure efficient time management. Manage sensitive communications with discretion - handle incoming correspondence, emails, and calls, prioritising and progressing matters appropriately. Deliver high-quality administrative support - prepare accurate and well-presented documents, reports, and correspondence. Oversee financial administration tasks - process expenditure and reconcile Purchasing Cards in line with University policies and procedures. You may be a great fit if: You are a highly organised professional with extensive experience in executive support, excellent communication skills and a passion for enabling Executive leadership in a complex and exciting higher education environment. You may also: Have substantial experience in high-level secretarial support to senior staff members. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, including drafting correspondence and reports. Show capacity to exercise sound judgment, diplomacy, and discretion in handling sensitive information. Possess high-level organisational skills and ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
