Your next career opportunity As an Operations and Administration Officer in the Office of the Dean, you’ll play a key role in supporting the effective day-to-day operations of the Faculty of Science. Working in a collaborative and supportive team environment, you’ll contribute to a variety of tasks, from event coordination and administrative support to process improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Provide Administrative and Operational Support: Manage diverse tasks including procurement, finance, and recruitment assistance , exercising sound judgement in day-to-day decision making. Coordinate Faculty Events and Activities: Plan and manage logistics for various Faculty events, ensuring smooth execution through proactive stakeholder engagement. Develop and Improve Administrative Processes: Contribute to the implementation of integrated systems, focusing on efficiency and responsiveness. Build and Maintain Relationships : Act as a key contact point for the Dean's Office, strengthening positive relationships across the Faculty and University.
