About the Role We’re looking for Community Support Workers to join our friendly team across the Northern Beaches. If you’re kind, reliable, and love helping others live their best life, you’ll fit right in! Our homes run on a 24-hour roster, so flexibility is key — we have a variety of shifts to suit all lifestyles: · Early Mornings (6am starts for the early risers) · Afternoon and evening shifts · Overnight shifts for the night owls No two days are the same — you’ll support clients with daily living tasks, build life skills, and help them stay connected with their community. What You’ll Do Support clients to achieve their personal goals and live independently Provide personal care and assistance with daily routines Help with cooking, cleaning, and maintaining a positive home environment Drive clients to appointments and community activities Work collaboratively with a supportive, values-driven team About You You’re compassionate, dependable, and have a genuine desire to make a difference.
