The role As Accounts Officer (Accounts Payable Focus), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of Corporate Carbon’s finance operations. Your primary responsibility will be the end-to-end management of accounts payable, including supplier invoices, payments, credit notes, and expense claims. You will also provide support across accounts receivable, reconciliations, financial administration, compliance reporting, and other finance functions as required. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and accuracy are essential. You will work closely with the Financial Controller, staff across the business, and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective processing of financial transactions across multiple entities. Knowledge and experience Minimum of one to two years' experience in an accounts payable, accounts or similar role. Demonstrated experience in financial and budgetary processes and systems. Advanced level experience using Xero. Advanced level Ms Office 365 applications including MS excel. Tertiary qualifications or working towards relevant qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.
