Project Coordinator – Signage. National Sign Build (NSB) is a signage manufacturer located in Arndell Park NSW. Our core business is designing and manufacturing high quality signage for the finance, retail, healthcare, education, leisure, commercial and construction sectors nationally. NSB is a family-owned business and remains wholly Australian owned, providing stability to local manufacturing for over 30 years. We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support a fast-growing business with clear strategic direction and vision. The role could potentially suit someone who has worked in the signage industry in a manufacturing capacity, transferring their knowledge and developing further in an administrative capacity. In relation to the manufacture and installation of signage, for new and existing clients, you will be responsible for providing administrative and internal support to the Project Team. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Project Team. Provide clients with exceptional customer service and be the key point of contact, communicating requirements within the business accordingly. Prepare all documentation associated with project delivery, and other administrative duties. Support the Project Team in procuring materials. Coordinating deliveries and booking couriers. Under the direction of Project Managers, coordinate installation Team and prepare all relevant OH&S documentation. Under the direction of the Project Team, liaise with Production Team to ensure scheduled work completed timely. Ensure all necessary inductions have been completed as required. Visit project site as required to assist in site visits and taking of measurements. Other ad hoc tasks require in relation to the role. Skills required Previous experience in an administrative role Sound Time management and organisation skills. Customer focused and deadline driven. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Enjoy working as part of a dynamic team Confident IT skills in Word and Excel Experience in the signage industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must. A current and valid driver’s licence Be self-motivated and confident to work with all levels of personnel within the business On Offer Development and training.
