About the Role Due to ongoing growth, the team is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to support their testing and maintenance division . You'll be coordinating a team of 7-8 technicians , scheduling both routine and quoted works, and ensuring operations run smoothly day to day. This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong communication with field staff and clients. You'll be joining an established Service Coordinator and working closely with the Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Schedule, allocate, and forecast day-to-day and upcoming works for wet and dry fire teams Coordinate routine maintenance, testing, and quoted jobs across various client sites Manage permits, service calls, and technician schedules efficiently Prepare and process quotes, purchase orders, and job documentation Liaise with clients, field technicians, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely service delivery Support compliance and reporting requirements within the testing and maintenance division Provide general administrative and coordination support to the wider operations team Skills & Experience Proven experience in a Service Coordinator , Scheduler , or Maintenance Coordinator role (fire industry experience highly regarded but not essential) Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Confident using scheduling systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a busy environment Transferable coordination experience from similar trades or service-based industries (e.g. building services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, facilities, etc.) What's on Offer $85,000 super Permanent, full-time role with a well-established national brand Supportive management team and collaborative working environment Opportunity to grow within a reputable fire protection company Immediate start available SCR-maisie-grayland
