Synaco is currently seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join a fast-paced and supportive team based in Hemmant . Key Responsibilities: Operating excavators for civil, construction, or waste-related work Conducting pre-start checks and reporting maintenance needs Assisting with site clean-up and material movement Working safely and efficiently within a busy yard or construction site Supporting team members as needed Morning and afternoon shifts available What We’re Looking For: Current Excavator license with demonstrated experience Front loader experience desired Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment Strong attention to detail and care for machinery Positive attitude and team-oriented approach Reliable transport and full Australian working rights What We Offer: Weekly pay $36 - $40 Per Hour Super Great team culture and supportive work environment Opportunities for long-term placement and growth Regular on-site visits from your consultant Access to our company EAP, supporting you when you need it
