Their projects are nationally-renowned and include both government and private sector clients and can surpass $1B in scale. They will be a major contributor to building Brisbane’s Olympic infrastructure. There is a current requirement for an experienced structures foreman to join the project team on a $600M institutional project in Brisbane. Suitable candidates will have a background managing trades in an EBA environment and be able to demonstrate the following:- Full experience across Split package structure -site establishment, piling/foundations, basement dig, basement structure, main tower structure and tower crane Ensuring SWMS and OHS compliance with all structural trades (Steel, concrete, formwork) Undertaking weekly safety walks and closeout of items, compliance with safety procedures Pre-pour inspections Daily pre-starts with subcontractors, sequencing - 2 week look ahead programmes Understanding of Aconex/or Procore Software This Top-tier building contractor is set to undertake some of Brisbane's next major projects and be a major contributor to constructing the much-anticipated Olympic infrastructure.
