They are currently seeking an experienced Practice Nurse (RN) to join their friendly team on a full-time basis. Flexibility to work across 7 days per week is required. Position Description: As a Practice Nurse, you will play a key role in supporting clinicians and patients to achieve optimal health outcomes. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day general practice nursing duties within a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Chronic disease management Care plans and health assessments Wound care and dressing triage management Treatment room assistance Patient education and support Stock control, maintenance, and ordering Diagnostic procedures (e.g. ECG, Spirometry) Position Requirements: Essential Requirements: Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Prior experience in a general practice or primary care setting Completion of Australian Government COVID-19 training modules Strong clinical assessment and triage skills Excellent communication and organisational skills Proficient in clinical software and computer use Current First Aid and CPR certificates A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team Desirable: Immunisation endorsement Pap smear provider registration After Hours Requirements: No Salary Information: Competitive salary on offer.
