With a team of excellent bakers and pastry cooks, we specialise in handcrafted sourdough breads, pastries, and cakes, supplying both retail and wholesale customers across Perth. The Role We are seeking a motivated and skilled Pastry Cook to join our pastry team. This role will focus on producing high-quality pastries, croissants, muffins, and other sweet products to meet the demands of our café and wholesale customers. You will work within a professional kitchen alongside an experienced pastry team, ensuring quality, consistency, and creativity. Key Responsibilities Prepare, bake, and finish a wide range of pastries and sweet products. Follow established recipes and production schedules to maintain consistency. Assist in developing new products and seasonal pastry lines. Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards at all times. Work collaboratively with the pastry and baking teams to meet production targets. Requirements Relevant trade qualification in Patisserie. Minimum 1 year of work experience in a bakery, patisserie, or café environment. Good knowledge of pastry-making techniques and baking methods.
