We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and energetic individual to join our team in a Customer Service, Scheduler and Administration Assist Role . In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our operations, working closely with clients, technicians, and our sales team to ensure seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client enquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency Answering incoming calls Responding to emails & enquiries with urgency High end data entry of clients & services using SimPRO Assist with daily coordination of the companies operations including scheduling, through our CRM system - SimPRO and ensure it all runs smoothly Coordinate and schedule all appointments for our Consultants and Technicians Manage high-volume data entry (SimPRO) accurately and efficiently Support our Sales Consultant Team with various tasks Process customer payments Assist with general office duties to support daily operations What We’re Looking For: Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour A proactive "can-do" attitude with a strong work ethic Experience with scheduling and prioritizing tasks Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service Accuracy in data entry and typing skills Experience with SimPRO Software is highly advantageous A great team player who embodies our company values and goes above and beyond What We Offer: A positive, supportive and collaborative Team environment Full training to set you up for success in your role Employee recognition and Team events Full-time hours (Monday to Friday) at our Canning Vale office Job Stability Ready to Take the Next Step in Your Career?
