Role Overview You will inherit and grow a team of Corporate and Mid-Market brokers across multiple locations, with a focus on leadership and development rather than client management. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of brokers across multiple locations Lead the team through change as the business continues to develop and transform Hire and develop Corporate and Mid-Market brokers across Australia Contribute to the design and execution of strategy across the broking business Support on escalated client matters where appropriate Candidate Profile You will be a proven insurance leader with experience managing high performing teams.
