You will be a driving force in improving our execution of store replenishment through data driven decisions within the National Supply Chain department. This role is a permanent full-time position , based in Minchinbury. The RDA team is responsible for executing business-wide store replenishment strategies and proactively adjust replenishment strategies based on changing market conditions at store. What does the role look like? Defining store order parameters and making data-driven adjustments to ensure optimal order volumes in stores. Modelling complex Supply Chain challenges and recommending business adjustments as needed. Reviewing performance results, conducting root cause analysis, and recommending corrective actions. Developing replenishment strategies for key events (e.g., Christmas, Easter) to support smooth DC/store operations and deliver customer satisfaction. Designing and implementing automated solutions to streamline data collection and reporting. Identifying opportunities for improvement across the supply chain and providing actionable insights.
