A major Australian ASX Listed business is seeking a Remuneration & Benefits Leader to design and embed a modern, competitive and values-led total rewards framework. This newly created role will shape how the organisation attracts, retains and motivates talent across a national workforce and will work closely with senior executives on strategic workforce and reward initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to step into a build and shape role where you will establish key frameworks, uplift capability and drive reward maturity across a complex business. You will report to the Chief People Officer in the Sydney head office. What Your Role Will Look Like: Design and implement a total rewards strategy that drives a high-performance culture; Lead annual remuneration review cycles, salary benchmarking and pay governance; Introduce reward programs that reinforce culture, values and performance excellence; Champion pay equity, transparency and compliance across the organisation; Provide strategic reward guidance to senior leaders and executives; Build and manage job architecture, role evaluation and salary banding frameworks; Oversee benefits programs that support wellbeing, retention and engagement; Deliver insights and reporting to executive and board-level audiences; and Monitor market trends and uplift reward capability across the People & Culture function. What You Bring: 5 years’ experience in remuneration, reward or benefits leadership; Background in a complex, multi-site or listed environment preferred; Experience developing reward governance and frameworks from the ground up; Strong analytical capability with excellent reporting and insights experience; Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making; and High integrity, professional discretion and a values-driven approach.
