Your Impact As an Employment Consultant, you’ll support people with persistent pain and other barriers to employment to build confidence, develop employability skills, and secure sustainable work. You’ll deliver person-centred guidance, collaborate with employers and health professionals, and play a direct role in improving the wellbeing and long-term outcomes of participants. In this role you will: Deliver tailored employment support that meets the unique needs of each client Conduct assessments, develop action plans, and track progress toward employment goals Build and maintain positive relationships with employers, community networks, and stakeholders Provide coaching, mentoring, and motivation to help clients overcome barriers Maintain accurate records, case notes, and reporting to meet compliance requirements What You Bring Experience in employment services, vocational rehabilitation, recruitment, or health services Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse clients Coaching and motivational skills with a solutions-focused mindset Capacity to manage caseloads and achieve performance targets Adaptability, resilience, and a collaborative approach Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain) The Benefits At MPES, you’ll be part of an inclusive and innovative organisation where you can grow your career while making a difference.
