About the Role This is a Test Engineer role, where you will be part of our strong team of testing experts across the country. You will be given the tools you need to advance your skills and experience, while adding true value to your career and our top tier client base. You will bring your coding expertise, business skills and understanding of modern cloud infrastructure along with a desire to continuously improve. This role is based in Adelaide, South Australia. Responsibilities Design, develop, execute and maintain automation scripts enabling and advocating an automation first approachDesign automation test frameworksProvide robust, cost effective and tailored testing strategy relevant to customer requirements in collaboration with other consultants that demonstrates clear ROIResearch, investigate, and communicate implementation benefits of new and emerging technologies and via internal innovation across automation, quality engineering, performance and DevOps communitiesSelf management of a range of testing operations, strategy and implementation across differing customer projects and requirementsAct as a change advocate and actively promote Planit's ways of working Qualifications Demonstrate effective application of various agile project activities and techniques such as stand-ups, iteration planning and execution, Kanban card walls and retrospectives.Relevant tertiary qualifications (eg Bachelor of Software Engineering) with at least 2 years of work experience in a related disciplineUnderstanding and use of test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Tosca, Playwright.Strong working experience using programming languages.
