About the Role The IT End User Services Analyst is responsible for providing Level 2 or 3 support across the Ahrens Group, particularly in assisting staff with office productivity and business applications, mobile devices, PCs, and other related issues. As part of a highly effective IT team, the role will also provide support to more senior team members as required, acting as a point of escalation, mentoring analysts, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Skills and Experience The ideal candidate must have proven experience in an end user analyst role within a fast paced and busy IT support environment. Ahrens is seeking a dynamic team player with strong written and verbal communication skills, effective stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination experience, who can work well under pressure and be able to mentor, coach and guide junior analysts. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting and excellent customer services skills, as well as experience with ITSM frameworks and enterprise service management platforms such as ServiceNow or Marval.
