Due to their success, they have created an opportunity for a Senior Investment Manager. About the role Working directly with the CEO, this is a critical role in ensuring the successful realisation of returns across the investment portfolio and securing new investment opportunities Australia-wide. Key responsibilities include: Investments Lead and evaluate acquisition, development, and opportunities across ANZ. Build and maintain financial models to assess investment viability. Oversee underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution. Conduct market research on supply-demand dynamics and return analysis. Negotiate transaction terms and investment structures. Capital Support capital partner relationships and investor communications. Help source new capital and structure third-party partnerships. Maintain an active capital engagement programme. Research capital flows and investor sentiment to guide strategy. Present opportunities and insights to capital partners. Product Development Contribute to the creation of new investment products and strategies. Develop investment propositions and define product frameworks. Present product concepts to capital partners. Asset Management (interim requirement) Collaborate with co-owner to manage budgets, enhancement initiatives, capex, and leasing performance. Assist with management reporting and strategic asset planning, including leasing assumptions, budgets, and reforecasting. About you To be successful in this role it is essential to have: 8-10 years of investment management and capital transactions experience within the commercial sector Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is essential. Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities. Deep understanding of real estate markets, particularly within Australia. Professional presentation, communication and relationship-building skills. Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Exceptional attention to detail and strategic thinking.
