O ur Distribution Centres across Queensland provide our 120 retail stores with quality donated goods , giving pre-loved items a second life and bringing in profit to support our Crisis Support Line and suicide prevention services. Your part in our Lifeline team Working out of our Ipswich Distribution Centre, you will: Sort and categorize a large volume donated goods , and discard unsaleable items Pick and process orders Maintain work stations and storage areas in a clean and tidy manner , including moving stock and rubbish to allocated areas Ensure all paperwork relative to your role is recorded accurately and on a daily basis Work harmoniously with volunteers and other employees to promote a positive team environment Important: This role involves repetitive tasks such as lifting, carrying, standing and walking for long periods . Due to the physical nature of the role it is an inherent requirement that all applicants be able and willing to do all of the above tasks with no restriction. This role is working in a war ehouse environment that is exposed to cold temperatures in winter, and hot temperatures in summer. What makes a difference for us?
