Autonomous role working with an inspiring and supportive team Values-led organisation making a positive impact on the community SCHADS Level 5 salary packaging, Max term Part Time (0.8 hours per fortnight) Your new role In this key role you will help people in Ballarat who are homeless and sleeping outside by using an Assertive Outreach approach. The goal is to connect with individuals, build trust, and support them in finding long-term, safe housing. Support is provided in a way that respects each person’s comfort level and needs. Many people facing homelessness also deal with other challenges, so this program offers tailored support to help them move forward. It focuses on social inclusion and understands that housing issues often come with other problems. The role may sometimes require working outside regular business hours.
