Job Description The Sales Coordinator will support solar and battery sales consultants by handling administrative tasks, customer follow-ups, CRM updates, and reporting. This role ensures smooth operations and a high-quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide admin support to sales consultants and maintain up-to-date customer records Follow up with customers via calls and emails for confirmations and next steps Occasionally assist with inbound/outbound sales and support calls Manage CRM data (HubSpot) and ensure documentation is correctly stored. Prepare basic reports on sales activity and pipeline updates for the Sales manager and leadership team Coordinate workflows between sales, operations, and installation teams Respond professionally to customer enquiries and escalate complex issues Support sales meetings with agendas and reports Identify and suggest process improvements Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent customer experience Promote safety and compliance with company policies
