Your New Role Design and deliver onboarding/training for customers (Enterprise, Operators, Destinations) and staff. Coordinate implementation, facilitate engaging training (online/in-person), and drive feature adoption. Bridge the gap between customers and internal teams for smooth implementations. Focus on continuous program improvement. Ensure strong, ongoing customer outcomes. Curriculum Development : Design and deliver onboarding/training for customers & staff (live, webinars, self-paced). Measure & refine effectiveness. Client Onboarding : Manage end-to-end onboarding for new customers, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent delivery. Training & Support : Facilitate customer & internal training to drive feature adoption and maintain ongoing engagement. Stakeholder Management : Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, managing expectations. Continuous Improvement : Track progress, gather feedback, resolve issues, and contribute to product/process improvements. Your Skills and Experience Experience : Onboarding/Training in SaaS, Tourism Tech (or similar). Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of tourism industry, especially Operators/Destinations. Training Expertise : Proven ability to design/deliver engaging adult learning programs. Communication Skills : Excellent communication & facilitation skills.
