The Role As the Service Desk Team Leader , you’ll oversee the performance and development of Service Desk Officers while ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality technical support. You’ll play a key role in maintaining service excellence, developing staff capability, and driving continuous improvement within the team. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support Service Desk Officers to achieve KPIs and performance goals. Oversee day-to-day service desk operations to ensure timely issue resolution. Develop and document procedures to improve incident response, installations, and training. Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives and measurement strategies. Foster collaboration, problem-solving, and customer-focused service delivery. You You’re a confident and proactive team leader with strong technical understanding and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You bring: Proven experience leading teams in an ICT Service Desk environment. A strong focus on service excellence and performance management.
