We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Systems Analyst to join our Transformation and Technology team in either our Adelaide, or Melbourne CBD office on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Metering and Billing Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CCB) application. Key Responsibilities Support Oracle CCB 2.9 application, and work with CCB specialists to ensure the systems are highly available and stable Find solutions to problems day-to-day for Oracle CCB operations, ensuring business expectations and critical SLA deadlines are met Liaise across IT team and/or software vendors to resolve system issues Responsible for the technical delivery of Oracle CCB solutions across Projects ensuring adequate handover from Project to Support Responsible for environment management respond to project and BAU needs of Oracle CCB environment usage security patching Providing rostered after-hours support eg 1 week per month Your Background Ability to work collaboratively across IT & Business groups providing a high level of customer support Ability to take ownership of issues, incidents & enhancements, and drive to successful outcomes with minimal or no supervision Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues across the application footprint, including the integration of these systems Willingness to pick up new skillsets Knowledge and experience with following are highly regarded: Oracle Customer Care and Billing applications - preferably Oracle CC&B 2.6.1 or higher, Oracle Service Bus and WebLogic Control-m job scheduler (version 9) Oracle Database development experience (PL/SQL) Basic Linux shell scripting Working at APA At APA we’re committed to fostering a safe and inclusive workplace where you can achieve your best.
