Whether your strengths lie in the sales process, property management, or leasing, we have opportunities tailored to your skills. 1. SALES ADMINISTRATOR Support sales agents from behind the scenes — this role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, attention to detail and fast turnaround. Key responsibilities include: Preparing listing presentations, marketing materials and contracts Managing CRM updates and agent calendars General office management Client liaison and database support Attending open homes (occasionally) and assisting with auction prep Graphic design - DLs 'Just listed' 'Just sold' You will need: Real estate admin experience (preferred) High attention to detail and efficiency Familiarity with systems Previous marketing experience Strong written and verbal communication Certificate of Registration - a must 2. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT Be the support that the property management team relies on — with a mix of admin, customer service, and operational support. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with lease renewals, applications, and tenant communications Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with trades Entry, exit and routine inspection support Organising keys, smoke alarm compliance, and document handling Keeping records updated and reports accurate You will need: Property management or admin experience Confident communication with tenants and landlords Tech skills across PM software (e.g. PropertyMe, PropertyTree) Certificate of Registration Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset 3. LEASING CONSULTANT If you're passionate about property, love working with people, and enjoy being out and about, this is the perfect entry or growth role in real estate. Key responsibilities include: Conducting open homes and private inspections Processing rental applications and reference checks Supporting the leasing process from enquiry to approval Responding to rental enquiries and managing CRM follow-up Assisting with marketing rental listings and vacancy management You will need: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Availability on Saturdays Current Certificate of Registration Driver’s licence and own vehicle A professional, enthusiastic, and reliable approach WHY JOIN THIS AMAZING TEAM?
