Description As a Senior Tax Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse client base. You will manage and develop client relationships, provide expert advice on complex tax matters, and support the professional growth of your team. Key Responsibilities Manage, maintain, and develop a portfolio of clients, understanding their net wealth, goals, and risk profiles. Deliver expert tax compliance and advisory services, including tax planning, business structures, and systems. Review and manage job budgets, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work. Mentor, coach, and train team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Prepare and review billing, manage debtors, and analyse fee efficiency. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (essential). CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent). Ideally 5 years’ experience in Public Practice, with a strong background in tax advisory and compliance. Advanced knowledge of Australian tax law, corporate, partnership, trust, and high-net-worth individual taxation matters. Demonstrated ability to translate complex tax issues into clear, client-friendly advice. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex transactions and legislation.
