This role will lead a small team, ensuring strong financial reporting and compliance, while also driving efficiency through systems, processes, and analysis. You will be a trusted advisor, helping shape strategy, guide commercial decisions, and support long-term planning. Key Responsibilities: Oversee financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, cashflow, and audits Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, accounting standards, and risk management requirements Drive process improvements, digital transformation, and optimise financial systems Provide analysis on business performance, profitability, ROI, and cost optimisation Prepare and present reports and insights to the board and senior leadership team Partner with senior leadership on commercial strategy and investment decisions Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to build a culture of accountability and improvement Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners (auditors, banks, regulators) You will have: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Economics Professional qualification (CA, CPA, CFA, or CMA) Strong leadership experience in senior finance roles Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, compliance, and reporting Experience with ERP/financial systems, digital transformation, and driving process improvements Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to boards and non-financial stakeholders A proactive, strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and adaptability Ability to influence, guide, and partner with executive leadership Sounds like your ideal role?
