What you will be doing… Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Processing of routine orders and associated follow up Ensure purchases are made at the most economic quantities to optimise cost-effectiveness. Responsible for sourcing and ordering items requested on an “as required” basis. Review purchases and investigate alternative sources of supply which will better meet company needs. Develop a list of preferred suppliers for all acquisitions. Undertake contract negotiations within the approved pricing policy Monitor consumable usage at each Practice, working with the Operations Manager to eliminate Dwastage and obsolescence. Oversee annual consumable stock-take, perform daily administrative duties, and handle other tasks and special projects as required. Daily administration duties More!
