About the role As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting and motivating the team, and ensuring a high level of service is consistently delivered. You’ll lead by example on the floor, assist with training new team members, and ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable dining experience. This hands-on role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional approach. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day restaurant, bar, and event service operations. Support and mentor team members to maintain service excellence. Ensure compliance with RSA and food safety standards. Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally. Assist with rostering, stock control, and cash handling as required. About you Previous experience in a similar F&B team leader role, ideally within hotels, resorts, or high-volume venues. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
