About the Role: We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Events Coordinator to keep things running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. This role combines office management, event coordination, and general administrative support, perfect for someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities and being the go-to person for all things organisation and operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy South Yarra office. Coordinate internal and external events, client functions, and team activities. Provide comprehensive admin support to directors and the wider team. Assist with document preparation, reports, and presentations. Maintain project and business records, databases, and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Support marketing initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required. What You’ll Bring Previous admin experience within the property, construction, or design industries. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. Clear, confident communication skills and a proactive, can-do mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong tech literacy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with calm efficiency.
