Lead daily operations across multiple offices, ensuring seamless service and compliance Manage front-of-house teams and guest experience Oversee office relocations, fit-outs, and workplace projects Implement office management strategies, policies, and procedures Manage facilities including parking, refurbishments, and general upkeep Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and support for the Executive Team Plan and deliver state-wide events including conferences and end-of-year functions Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Align Victorian initiatives with national operations and standards
