Job Description Support the Healthcare & Retirement Living portfolio at Western Hospital, Henley Beach. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage financial and operational admin across a diverse property portfolio. You’ll work closely with the Director and a small team on AP processing, tenant billing, lease admin, and monthly reporting. Whether you're a recent Property Graduate or an experienced Finance Administrator, if you’re organised, collaborative, and financially savvy, we’d love to hear from you. Location: Minimum 3 days/week at Western Hospital, with flexibility to work from our CBD office or 1 day from home once established. Key Responsibilities: Process AP invoices and tenant billing Support monthly financials, budgets, and forecasts Maintain lease records and manage rent reviews Oversee arrears and debt recovery Liaise with suppliers and contractors Provide admin support to Facilities and Property Managers Ensure data integrity across property systems
