Your new role: As the Senior Manager of MASS Central Business Services, you will lead and manage a team delivering vital administrative support and facility operations across two Queensland MASS locations. You will oversee budget and staffing responsibilities, provide authoritative advice to senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement through innovative systems and processes. Your role will also ensure compliance with statutory and organisational policies, while fostering a culture of respect, safety, and operational excellence. Lead, develop, and manage a team of 5 administrative staff supporting MASS operations Oversee financial and HR delegations in line with Metro South Health guidelines Manage operational functions including bespoke databases, procurement, quality assurance, and facility maintenance Provide expert advice and recommendations to the MASS Director and senior management. About you: You are a proactive and strategic leader with a strong track record in managing business support functions within complex health or human services settings. Your organisational, communication, and negotiation skills enable you to manage competing priorities and build positive stakeholder relationships at all levels. About us: The Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS) provides funding for aids and equipment to eligible Queensland residents who have a permanent and stabilised condition or disability. The scheme assists people to live at home and avoid early or inappropriate residential care or hospitalisation.
