You’ll be the face of one of Australia’s most established EdTech companies, helping schools across the country unlock new modules, optimise their systems, and ultimately make teaching and learning smoother for everyone. You’ll manage a portfolio of schools, build trusted relationships with Principals and Business Managers, and lead strategic conversations that drive genuine value. Why This Role? $80,000–$90,000 base salary $145,000–$155,000 OTE Hybrid work from Melbourne HQ with regular school visits across VIC Own relationships with leading schools across K–12 Consultative, non-transactional sales into warm and existing accounts Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption Be part of a mission-driven company making a real difference in education What You’ll Actually Do: Manage and grow revenue from an existing book of schools through upsells and renewals Conduct face-to-face and virtual demos to showcase new product modules Lead training and onboarding conversations with key school stakeholders Own your pipeline and activity tracking in Zoho CRM Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and retention Represent the voice of the customer to guide product development Attend education events and conferences to generate leads and build market visibility What We’re Looking For: 3 years’ experience in account management, B2B sales, or customer success Strong commercial acumen with an ability to identify and convert upsell opportunities Confident presenter, comfortable leading training sessions and demos in person Ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships (Principals, Admins, IT, Teachers) Valid driver’s licence (frequent travel to schools required) Bonus Points For: Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or the education sector Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho a plus) Background in consultative or solution-based sales Passion for improving how schools operate and engage with technology What Success Looks Like: You’ll hit your quarterly revenue and upsell targets Schools will love working with you, and adopt more of the platform Internal teams will rely on your insights to refine product and go-to-market You’ll be the go-to for smart, strategic growth across your portfolio Why Join?
