About the Opportunity Are you motivated go-getter who enjoys a varied role where no two days are the same? We currently have a newly created role for an Office Support Assistant to join our Armadillo Head Office in Sydney. This role will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Workplace Experience and Executive Support Manager across a range of tasks including office coordination, facilities, HR and WHS management, and general administrative support. You will be working collaboratively with our teams, ensuring smooth daily operations across a range of administrative tasks including: Office Coordination & Administration You will assist the Workplace Experience and Executive Support Manager in: Ordering of office supplies and general upkeep of our Australian showrooms Maintenance of staff directories and contact lists Onboarding set up of workstations and organise supplies for new team members Manage travel arrangements and bookings for the team Receive, sort and organise mail and deliveries Coordinate local team events (e.g. team lunches, staff birthdays, holiday gifting) Keeping shared spaces stocked, organised and well-maintained Document filing and record keeping. Internal scheduling and meeting arrangements. Other ad hoc administrative support duties as required by the Workplace Experience & Executive Support Manager. HR, WHS & Facilities You will also assist the Workplace Experience and Executive Support Manager in: Supporting our People & Culture processes, including preparing onboarding packs, maintaining leave records, coordinating small-scale surveys and feedback forms, and input data entry in our HRIS system (Bamboo HR) Work Health and Safety management, including first aid kit checks/restocking, safety drills and procedures, and upkeep of general WHS documentation, and maintain our security and alarm system registers Coordination of minor property maintenance This role will combine your proven sales track record and skills with your engaging, reliable and personable nature. About You Must be able to work a minimum of 2 days per week (between Tues - Thurs) in our beautiful Sydney Head Office in Surry Hills. You will have proven experience in an administration/office support role, or have demonstrated transferrable skills that you can bring to this role. Previous experience in HR and WHS is a bonus, but not a requirement. You have a good eye for detail, manage your time and tasks well and are a natural organiser. You are a team player and a people person - you know how to achieve a better result by working as a team collaboratively, and enjoy building relationships with different people. You're always enthusiastic and forward-thinking - keen to roll up your sleeves and jump straight in.
