About the role: Lead and manage complex mortgage transactions including syndicated loans, acquisition finance, asset finance, and structured finance. Draft, review, and negotiate complex documentation such as syndication deeds, intercreditor deeds, and tripartite agreements. Provide strategic legal and commercial advice to high-profile clients and contribute to business development . The ideal candidate: Have at least 5 years PQE in mortgage law or a related field. Excellent client relationship management skills, with proven ability to act as a trusted advisor. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior lawyers.
