As Business Development Manager – Mortgages, you’ll play a critical role in identifying, launching, and leading high-impact partnerships. Working closely with our Growth and Partnerships team, you’ll help bring innovative operating models to life—driving joint success with new and existing strategic alliances. You will: Drive new partnership opportunities from discovery through to launch, working closely with mortgage brokers, aggregators, and TAL senior leaders. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, pricing, legal, technology, and marketing teams to develop and deliver innovative distribution models. Lead end-to-end business development processes , including opportunity assessment, commercial negotiations, and contractual execution. Manage strategic partner relationships post-launch , ensuring joint objectives are met through clear governance, aligned operating models, and effective performance tracking. Champion TAL’s presence in market , actively engaging with industry stakeholders and promoting our growth agenda at key events and forums.
