Job Description A Career that lets your passion shine: Drive new business by converting sales leads and securing corporate group, MICE and event bookings Manage a portfolio of Corporate and MICE accounts to achieve revenue and market share targets Develop and execute proactive sales plans, including sales calls, client visits, telesales and email campaigns Conduct market research and prospecting to source new business and re-engage lost business leads Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers to retain and grow accounts Collaborate with Accor Regional Sales and internal stakeholders to maximise opportunities Prepare proposals, manage RFPs, and negotiate rates within approved structures Conduct site inspections and familiarisation trips to convert leads into bookings Maintain accurate CRM records and actively participate in pipeline meetings
