We are currently seeking a System Administrator to join our team in Brisbane on a Fixed Term 12 month contract.The Systems Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the PSA (People Services & Analytics) team by managing and optimising a suite of People systems, including the Learning Management System (LMS), Deputy, and Culture Amp. In this role you will: Full cycle user administration including: ; managing roles and permissions; identifying and allocating LMS content; verifying and tracking user progress; training; and auditing, maintaining users. Systems maintenance including the management and integration of product releases and updates. Analyse reports and data to make recommendations for business process improvements Triaging user incidents across the people systems. Skills you’ll bring Strong understanding of HRIS, LMS, and workforce management systems (e.g., Deputy, Culture Amp, and similar platforms). Advanced level MS Excel and data analysis experience. Strong customer service experience with a customer-centric solutions-first approach. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. What's in it for you?
