Job Description BESIX Watpac is seeking a Systems Administrator to facilitate improved business outcomes through the support, maintenance, and enhancement of key technology solutions This role will be responsible for: Supporting Microsoft 365, AWS cloud, and on-premises infrastructure to ensure system reliability. Managing upgrades, patches, and licence renewals across core platforms. Monitoring performance, resolving incidents, and providing escalation support to the Service Desk team. Developing user guides and technical documentation to improve system processes. Assisting with disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
