Independent Timber Supplies are a WA business that is locally owned and been operating for over 30 years. We service a range of Project Builders, Custom Builders and Owner Builders in the Western Australian building market - supplying quality timber, frames, trusses along with a variety of other products. We are seeking an experienced and results driven Internal Salesperson to enhance our business brand. A highly organised and pro-active person looking for the next step in your career portfolio and the opportunity to possibly work closer to home. About the role: Working closely with your own Customer Account Manager to manage a portfolio of builders. Liaising with your customers in regard to sales and quotation follow ups. Be a central point of contact and co-ordination internally for this portfolio. Coordinating with other departments in our business to ensure the highest customer satisfaction is delivered. High accuracy processing quotes and orders within time frames. Support other members in your Sales team. Timber knowledge is desirable but not essential to this role. To be successful you will need: Willingness to Drug and Alcohol testing Full Microsoft suite experience Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail. Communication skills (oral & written) Positive approach to work and willingness to learn and develop.
