The role We’re looking for a motivated Roster Clerk who thrives in a busy environment where attention to detail and clear communication make all the difference. Your role will focus on: Creating, updating, and maintaining staff rosters in Flowlogic. Preparing accurate payroll data and handling shift allowances. Filling last-minute shift gaps and communicating roster updates to staff and clients. Providing excellent customer service and supporting both staff and management. Ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy About you If you’re organised, solutions-focused, and enjoy supporting a team, you’ll fit right in. You’ll bring: Prior experience in rostering, workforce coordination, or scheduling (ideally in disability, aged care, or healthcare). Strong numerical and analytical skills, with great attention to detail. Excellent time management—you can stay calm and effective under pressure. A professional and friendly phone manner, with clear verbal and written communication skills. Industry knowledge in NDIS, community services, or aged care (an advantage, but not essential). Pay and Conditions Casual employment under the SCHADS Award (Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award). 12% Superannuation On-call weekend roster opportunities with the applicable allowances/penalties.
