What you’ll be doing Lead data management, quality and engineering activities within the Cancer Screening and Prevention Division, developing and implementing processes and frameworks to facilitate effective cancer service delivery operations, business intelligence and advanced analytics in line with best practice and relevant Cancer Institute policies and standards. Essential requirements Tertiary qualifications in health information management, business, computer science, information technology or related discipline, or demonstrated, equivalent relevant professional experience and training in data management and engineering. Demonstrated understanding of database development and engineering including skills in SQL scripting including stored procedures and data transformation. Demonstrated understanding of data management and quality principles and methods as they relate to health records. Understanding of the NSW Health Records and Information Privacy Act and other relevant legislation.
