We are currently recruiting a Screens Coordinator to be part of our Sales team based in Sydney. Reporting to the Group Business Director, you will play a key role in coordinating the delivering of advertising campaigns across Foxtel Media’s platforms – helping us exceed client expectations and revenue goals. This role will see you supporting our sales team of Account Executives and Managers, ensuring booking schedules are accurate, overseeing campaign delivery, optimisation, and post-analysis, including revenue reporting and tracking revenue against targets. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders Ensure accurate booking schedules and campaign setup Keep track of budget pacing and optimise budget and bids towards set targets Analyse early campaign performance and provide actionable insights Collaborate with internal teams to align execution across departments Generate and manage reporting (e.g. revenue dashboards, Nielsen, TVBS, GAM) Track forecasts and revenue against sales targets Build strong stakeholder relationships and credibility Stay informed on industry trends, risks, and regulatory requirements About your experience Prior internship or entry-level work experience (Marketing, Media or Sales coordinator experience highly desirable) Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within media sales Demonstrates strong time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage internal/external expectations Demonstrate focus & clear decision making ability under pressure Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Passionate about media, entertainment, and evolving consumer engagement Life at Foxtel Group A career with us means working across one or more of our brands including Foxtel, Hubbl, Kayo Sports, BINGE, Flash, Fox Sports and Foxtel Media.
