In this role, you will manage and enhance HCCC’s IT systems, data platforms, applications and infrastructure, with a strong focus on cloud technologies and cyber security. You will provide technical expertise across system administration, security controls, performance monitoring and service improvements, while working closely with colleagues and external partners to deliver reliable, secure and innovative ICT solutions. What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Relevant tertiary qualifications in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated experience supporting and administering ICT systems in a hybrid environment, including Windows services, Microsoft 365/Azure, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). Strong knowledge of systems engineering, networking (WAN/LAN, routing), security controls, and ITIL service management practices. Proven ability to strengthen cyber security posture, manage system performance, and deliver improvements to ICT services. Well-developed communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders. Capacity to deliver results in a dynamic environment, solve complex problems, and apply technology to improve business outcomes. Relevant Microsoft or cloud certifications will be highly regarded.
