Overview We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant – Dynamics CRM based in Brisbane . You will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for our clients. Responsibilities Interact with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements . Create Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria in alignment with Agile delivery practices. Perform Fit-Gap analysis to identify solution gaps and recommend appropriate configurations or customizations. Develop wireframes, process flows, and design documentation to illustrate system behavior and business processes. Prepare detailed functional solution designs addressing business, interface, and performance requirements. Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications based on functional and technical specifications. Review and validate functional test cases to ensure alignment with acceptance criteria and business goals. Serve as the primary client contact throughout all project phases, managing project risks, issues, and communications.
