Senior Workforce Analyst Clerk Grade: 09/10 Salary Range: $129,464 - $142,665 super Location: McKell, Parramatta or Gosford. Hybrid working arrangements including office attendance Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary until October 2026 We are in search for a Senior Workforce Analyst to join a dynamic and diverse team within People and Culture at DCS! You will be responsible for developing, coordinating and managing analysis of workforce initiatives to provide input to management and to identify opportunities for improvements. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning and development of strategies and providing insights related to organisational/workforce data. You will provide leaders with the data to make informed decisions.
