A leading South Australian manufacturing organisation is seeking an accomplished Office Manager to join its leadership team. The Role Reporting to the Managing Director, the Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective coordination of all administrative, financial and operational support functions. The position requires a highly capable professional who can balance strategic involvement with hands-on delivery. Key areas of responsibility include :- Supporting the annual business planning and budgeting process; Leading workplace health, safety and compliance initiatives; Managing payroll, HR administration and employee engagement; Financial reporting, debtor/creditor management and cashflow oversight; Overseeing supplier relationship and contract management; Development and continuous improvement of office and administration systems; Implementing cost management and efficiency initiatives. The Candidate The successful candidate will demonstrate :- Strong organisational and commercial acumen; Bookkeeping and accounting knowledge with sound financial literacy; Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills; A proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership teams; Proficiency in MYOB and Salesforce will be highly regarded.
