Role Overview Deliver seamless, safe, on-time, and high-quality projects. This role is accountable for managing daily operations throughout the delivery phase — from site establishment and coordination through to project handover. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of project delivery to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion. Coordinate site operations, subcontractors, and resources to meet project milestones. Manage site documentation, reporting, and compliance with company and industry standards. Support cost control and contract administration activities. Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Skills and Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction project management within the commercial, industrial, or structural steel sectors. Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and building codes/regulations. Practical, hands-on background in a trade or site-based role (e.g., carpentry, electrical, formwork ) with excellent problem-solving skills. Solid awareness of contract administration principles and how site activities influence cost outcomes. Proficiency in project management, scheduling, and safety software . Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (desirable). Trade background or relevant technical qualifications (advantageous).
