ABOUT YOU Proven experience in the water servicing industry , with a strong understanding of relevant processes and regulations . Sydney Water category accreditations a bonus (FIFM, W1, W2, W3, S1, S2, C1,C2, C3 and/or C4). Demonstrated experience in either Design or Project Management (or both) in a Water Servicing Coordination role. Solid understanding of WSAA codes and Sydney Water’s codes, policies and procedures. Demonstrated success in leading and running projects from start to finish , managing resources and timelines effectively. Excellent communication , interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in developing and mentoring junior staff is highly desirable. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency . ABOUT THE ROLE Manage water servicing projects, managing projects specifically for Sydney Water ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Oversee all aspects of project lifecycles, from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and closure. Manage projects within Land / Urban Development space, for Residential, Industrial, and Commercial / Mixed use. Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project delivery. Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues proactively. Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
